Qualifications
• Three years of driving experience required
• Experience Driving Pick Up Truck and Pulling Enclosed and Open Trailers preferred
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, valid insurance
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis


Responsibilities
Summary: Drives company vehicle over an established route with an assistant to deliver products and set up party rental items including inflatables, tents, concessions, etc. in a friendly and competent manner. Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require bending, standing, walking over uneven ground, reaching, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, pushing/pulling equipment, and able to lift 50 pounds independently. Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance and customer service. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Demonstrates excellent communication verbal and written communication skills.

• Responsible for the delivery of top-notch service to clients and customers at all times

• Prior to beginning each day's route, ensures that the truck and trailer are properly loaded with all items required as indicated on the load sheet to properly service all clients following outlined operational procedures

• Follows training guidelines for the proper installation of items at the client's location

• Loads hand cart with inflatable, walks to the setup location, and sets up the item.

• Returns to the truck and trailer with a hand truck and all other items such as hammers and checks to make sure that items are not forgotten at the customer's location.

• Performs a walk-around with the customer to demonstrate safe operating instructions for all rental items.

• Provides client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance

• Performs routine cleaning and sanitation of inflatables and other related equipment as needed.

• When necessary, reports damages to designated maintenance repair service operators or team leaders.

• Uploads set up pictures and marks deliveries and/or pickups as complete via a phone app.

• Informs regular clients and customers of new products or services as appropriate.

• Listens to and resolves service complaints; reports all client and/or customer complaints to immediate supervisor in a timely manner

• Distributes promotion materials to customers before leaving the setup location.


• Accountable for all equipment, cash, or checks received.

• Conducts inventory reconciliation in accordance with established procedures.

• Keeps company vehicle clean and organized at all times; performs both pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Performs other duties as assigned

Pay Rate and Benefits
The pay rate for Drivers starts at $15.00/hour and increases after 30 days. For very experienced applicants the starting rate of pay is negotiable.
Delivery and Pick Up routes are primarily on Friday through Monday with the possibility during the peak season to pick up 30+ hours in a four-day span.
